Job Description

The Partner Associate’s primary responsibilty is to work to online publishers in order to distribute our content in Indonesia. He/ she will research and recruit new publishing and media partners.  Ideal candidates are familiar with the current online landscape of family and women’s lifestyle sites in the associated countries. The Associate will have marketing skills and bring innovative ideas to use social media tools and promotions to recruit new partners and grow our content’s audience. The Partner Associate is also a liaison with the US-based corporate headquarters who works to ensure both sponsor satisfaction, partner retention and audience growth. Partners will range from major internet portals to smaller niche sites.

his position requires the candidate to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Identification of online media partner leads and partnership opportunities
• Manage to 100% of syndication, audience and conversion goals
• Facilitate program integration between partner and company technical teams
• Conduct quality assurance process through regular monitoring of partner sites
• Provide input and feedback to sales, editorial and marketing teams about new programming
• Administer and maintain partner network database and report status of partnerships on a weekly basis

Desired Skills & Experience

• Candidate must be fluent in both English and Indonesian
• Candidate MUST have online or digital experience
• Candidate should have contacts in the digital space or editorial blogosphere
• 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Strong verbal, written and in-person communication skills required
• Candidate MUST be results-oriented with strong project planning and organizational skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable of  analytic internet sites (i.e. Google Analytics, webtrends, Alexa) and social media
• Sense of excellence, initiative, urgency, and commitment to aggressive timetables
• Resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills who will thrive in a fast-pace collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
